Fast Forward To February 2024
The time had arrived! Their new house was nearing completion. Their Wellington home was listed as a “Coming Soon” listing allowing the marketing to begin with showings starting 3-weeks later. And boy did the marketing begin!
Of course, we utilized the normal tools and techniques like yard signs (I’m sure y’all saw them driving by), MLS listings, and pushing it out on the real estate sites, but we also implemented the customized 8-Step Marketing Plan that I developed specifically for this home and focused on the hyperlocal Short Pump market.
